Return and refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with the label and in the original packaging. If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@palmaestheticsfit.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We have return locations in Europe, the USA and the UK.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Return costs
Unfortunately, we do not refund any return costs. Customers are responsible for the cost of their return shipping. We recommend that you send your return shipment with Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. We are also not responsible for any VAT / import costs related to your return.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exchange
We do offer size exchanges. If you want to exchange your order for another size, you can send our an e-mail to info@palmaestheticsfit.com.
Your order must first be returned to us. After we have received and checked your order, we will send the other size. For first-time customers we offer free size exchanges.
Refunds
We'll let you know when we've received and confirmed your return and when we know whether or not the refund has been accepted. If accepted, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellation of orders placed
You can cancel your order up to 30 minutes after the order has been placed. Our orders are processed withint our system after 30 minutes and unfortunately cancellations are no longer possible after that.
Wrong item or wrong size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, you will get the correct item for free!
Refund policy
If you cancel the order and return it within 30 days of receiving your order, we will refund the purchase price of the product in question within 7 working days.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for this refund.
Please note: If you pay by credit card, you will often not see a return entry on your statement until the end of the month/period after you paid by credit card.
